ScheduleRite Base Features

Below are a few of the features our software provides.  Many features are being added so information below may change.

Scheduling

Scheduling allows you to schedule job visits for your mobile employees.  You can also schedule non-job based visits to places like suppliers or other favorite locations.  The yellow radar circle on each visit shows the general direction for each scheduled location.  The schedule is shared amoung each of your assigned dispatchers.  You can break your field employees into different groups (screens) so you can easily manage the schedule.  You can change the date to access any past or future schedule screen.

Project Management

Projects in ScheduleRite are defined as a single payable work activity for one customer at one location.  Jobs are then attached to the project for each time a field employee visits the project location.  Each project may have many jobs (employee visits).  Each project can also have documents attached, like invoices, estimates, job reports.  Jobs may also have documents attached to them.  Field employees using ScheduleRite Field can create new documents, but only the ones documnt types that have been granted by an administrator.

Customer Management

Customers in ScheduleRite Field are records about people that work is done for.

Customers are generally the entity you will be receiving payment for work activity they requested.  Customers may or may not be located at the same address as the work location.  You will attach an existing customer or a new customer to any new project.  You will always have access to any past customers work or document history.

You will also be able to create a statement for unpaid invoices.  Statements can be printed or emailed.

Documents

Invoices, Estimate, Job Reports ..

Documents in ScheduleRite are considered paper-like documents usually given to customers.  These include Invoices, Estimates and Job Reports, other document type will be added in the future.

Documents can be added to a project or job by an office employee or a field employee.

If your company is not completely digital then paper-documents can be scanned in. For scanned in invoices, you also need to create a similar digital document so accounting information is maintained.

Dispatching

Employees that work in the office may be assigned as a dispatcher.  Dispatchers using the ScheduleRite Base can communicate with field employees using ScheduleRite Field.  Dispatchers can also send dispatches as text messages or emails.  Text messages and emails are not interactive like ScheduleRite Field, information is only sent.

Mapping

Google maps is intergrated into the application to allow quick lookup of jobs locations within the office and also in the field.  Whenever you type in an address google goes to work looking up the best match.  We use a Yellow Radar image to show the general direction of the job location relative to your base location.  This helps schedulers arrange jobs by location at a glance.

Time-Sheets

Time-Sheets are a way to keep track of where field employee go though-out the day.  You can record enroute, arrived and departed times.  Field employee's can also report-in when they are enroute, have arrived at, or when finished at a location.  It is up the the dispatcher to transfer this information as it comes in from the event list to the Time-Sheet.  Time-Sheets can be printed or emailed as needed.
